The Westford Board of Health has issued an advisory regarding Brunkow Cheese of Darlington, Wisconsin.
According to the announcement, Brunkow is voluntarily recalling its eight ounce tubs of Fayette Creamery brand Jalapeno Pepper Raw Milk Cheddar Cold Pack Cheese Spread due to a potential undeclared soy ingredient.
So far, no illnesses have been reported in relation to the labeling problem and production of the product has been suspended.
Consumers who have the recalled product are urged to return the product to the place of purchase for a full refund. Consumers with questions may contact Brunkow Cheese at 608-776-3716 Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm.
