Drew Gardens Study Committee Begins
The task force built to examine the former Drew Gardens property on Boston Road met for the first time on Wednesday, July 23.
Westford has the right of first refusal on the pending sale of the property, which was the locus of controversy after large piles of mulch appeared there earlier this year.

Update on the Evviva Cucina Liquor License Suspension
The Massachusetts Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission (ABCC) recently gave a ruling that Evviva Cucina would see its liquor license suspended for three days if it was caught serving alcohol to another minor. However, the Westford Board of Selectmen wanted to suspend Evviva Cucina’s license for three days immediately, pending an appeal period to the ABCC.
That appeal has been filed, here is a copy.
