Happy 80th Birthday to Fred Magdalenski!
State Representative James Arciero recently attended the birthday party of Fred Magdalenski (pictured left with Arciero) at the Evviva Cucina restaurant in Westford given by his family and friends. As part of the festivities, Representative Arciero present Mr. Magdalenski with a citation from the House of Representatives wishing him a happy birthday from the General Court.
Half-Staff Notice
Governor Deval L. Patrick has ordered that the United States flag and the Commonwealth flag be lowered to half-staff at all state buildings from sunrise until sunset on Monday, July 28, 2014 in honor of Sergeant Major Kevin Walsh, Massachusetts Army National Guard, of Norwood who died July 17, 2014.
This gubernatorial order applies to
1. The main or administration building of each public institution of the Commonwealth, e.g. town and city halls
2. Other state-owned or state-controlled buildings
3. All state military installations

Athletic Open House Night at Nashoba Tech
Nashoba Technical High School will be holding a open house to showcase their new athletic facilities from 5 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, July 30 and Wednesday, Aug. 1.

The Roudenbush Community Center is Hiring
There’s a opening for a School Age Administrator at the Roudenbush Community Center
This position is responsible for the supervision of staff that oversees RCC’s year round School Age Program. The Administrator must have previous supervisory responsibilities, be familiar with budget preparation, and knowledgeable about coordinating the activities of a school age program. EEC requirements must be met.
