The National Weather Service has issued a Flash Flood Watch for Massachusetts, Southern New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Northern Connecticut until 8 p.m. on Weds., Aug. 13
Three to five inches of rain has brought several area rivers near flooding and more rain is expected this evening in some locations nearby.
