From Nabnasset to Forge Village, here are your Five Things for the morning of Sept. 23, 2014

#1. Congrats to Chef Jo Jo… of Bridges by EPOCH (pictured to left), she was declared the winner of the 2014 Chowder Challenge at Bridges last week.
#2. Visitors Are Welcome For Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur… at the Congregation Shalom in Chelmsford, with events throughout this week and next.

#3. NASHOBA TECH PARENTS NIGHT SET FOR WEDNESDAY, OCT. 1
Nashoba Valley Technical High School will host Parents Night on Wednesday, Oct. 1, from 6:30 to 9 p.m. Students’ schedules will be available in the lobby starting at 6 p.m.
Parents of all Nashoba Tech students will have a chance to meet with their child’s academic and technical instructors. There will be two informational sessions with the Student Services Department, from 8 to 8:30 p.m., and from 8:30 to 9 p.m. Refreshments will be served.
#4. Introduction to Shamanic Journeying 101 with Brad Hudson. Shamanic Journeying has been used for tens of thousands of years to work in ‘non-ordinary reality’ with compassionate helping spirits to answer questions, receive insights, and heal others.  Wednesday, Sept. 24, 7 to 9 p.m., $28/$25.
