New Traffic Lights at the McDonald’s Intersection… in case you didn’t notice, there are new traffic lights at the McDonald’s/Westford Valley Marketplace intersection on Route 110.

New traffic lanes are coming to the area over the next few weeks. For more updates, head to www.westfordma.gov/110.

Group Circuit Training…. is coming to the Roundenbush with Personal Trainer Mark Hebert. For all fitness levels. 50 minute workouts switch between a series of 8 to 10 weekly changing resistance stations integrated with cardio stations. Sept. 12 to Oct. 31.
