Westford Internal Medicine, a facility of Emerson Hospital, has announced that Kristen McCarthy, DO, has recently joined their team at 133 Littleton Road.
McCarthy specializes in preventive medicine, women’s health, nutrition, chronic disease management, osteopathic manipulative treatment, and musculoskeletal problems.
“We welcome Dr. McCarthy to Westford Internal Medicine,” said Dr. James Cohen, medical director. “Her training performing osteopathic manipulation will expand the types our services we can provide our patients. With six physicians and four nurse practitioners we can offer appointments six days a week , including early mornings , lunch time and late afternoons.. ”
Dr. McCarthy received her medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed a residency at the University of Massachusetts. She is board-certified in family medicine.
