From Nabnasset to Forge Village, here are your Five Things for Nov. 12 and beyond in Westford.

#1. Holiday Cookie Decorating Learn how to apply fondant and transform simple sugar cookies into wonderful dress up cookies. $68/$65 for residents Mondays 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., Nov 17 to Dec 1. For more details call 978-692-5511 or visit www.roudenbush.org

#2. Lunch and Learn at Bridges by EPOCH at Westford: Bridges by EPOCH at Westford will host the lunch and learn, “Caring for the Caregiver, Coping Techniques,” on Tuesday, Nov. 18 at noon. Caregivers provide an invaluable service and this presentation will discuss techniques caregivers can use to cope with stresses of living with a loved one diagnose with Alzheimer’s.

All are welcome to attend this free lunch and learn, but space is limited. Call 978-692-9541 to RSVP or for more information. Guests are encouraged to bring their loved one to enjoy a meal with residents during the presentation.

#3. What’s Really Happening with Ebola and Enterovirus 68… Infection Preventionist Morgan Gilmore will be on hand at the Blanchard School auditorium at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 18 for a presentation on Ebola, Enterovirus 68 and flu.

The program is sponsored by Lowell General/Circle Health and the Westford Health Department.

#5. Monthly J.V. Fletcher Book Clubs… are offered to kids in grades K to 6 and meet once a month from 4-4:45. We offer three specialty books clubs as well, Mini Masters Art Book Club for kids in Grades Three and up, the Four Eyes Book Club is for kids in grades Three and Four accompanied by an adult partner and meets one evening a month at 6:30, the Lit Wits Book Club is for kids in grades Five and Six accompanied by an adult partner and meets one evening a month at 7 p.m.
