The Westford Regency Health Club is hosting a Friends and Family Day this Saturday January 10th from 8am-3pm. The Health Club is looking for members who will love our great group classes, heated salt water pool, fantastic steam rooms or the hot tub with a view. Yes- those incredible amenities are all included in our membership! Come and try our fabulous Spin class at 7:15 or 9am! Or jump right into Saturday’s most popular class 9:30am Bootcamp! We are not just a gym, we are Westford’s premier health club.
