Explosive Strength and Speed Clinic Ages 13 and up. During the school year many athletes do not exercise regularly, a week of strength and speed training is all they need to regain explosiveness for their sport. Focus will be on core and strengthening, step quickness, read and react, plyometric and agility drills. $118/$115, Feb. 16 to Feb. 20 (Monday thru Friday) 1:30 to 3:00 p.m. at the Westford Regency. Sign up online at Roudenbush.org.
