Lunch and Learn, ‘Spirituality and Dementia,’ at Bridges by EPOCH at Westford (March 3)
WESTFORD –
 Bridges by EPOCH at Westford will host the lunch and learn, “Spirituality and Dementia,” on Tuesday, March 3 at noon. Learn tips on helping your loved one meet their spiritual needs.

All are welcome to attend this free lunch and learn, but space is limited. Call978-692-9541 to RSVP or for more information. Guests are encouraged to bring their loved one to enjoy a meal with residents during the presentation.

BridgesCaregiver Support Group at Bridges by EPOCH at Westford (March 23)
WESTFORD – 
Bridges by EPOCH at Westford will host a support group for dementia caregivers on Monday, March 23 at 4:30 p.m. A memory impairment specialist will lead the discussion on the challenges of caring for someone with memory impairment. The group will enjoy a meal while sharing ideas and challenges to help and encourage each other. We also welcome you to bring the person you care for to enjoy dinner with our residents while the support group meets.

Bridges by EPOCH at Westford will host the lunch and learn, “The Challenges of Changing Environments” on Tuesday, March 31 at noon. The presentation will provide valuable information on how to help your loved one best cope with changing environments, which can be taxing for individuals diagnosed with dementia.
