HTML Basics Learn and understand the basic elements that come together to build a webpage.  This hands on instructor led class lays the foundation for understanding how a webpage is built. Must be able to type comfortably with some direction.  Laptop required.  $92/$89  March 2 to 30 (5 Mondays) 7 to 8 p.m.

Webpage Basics Building off the topics of the HTML Basics, the group will build a single page using a design reference.  Understand what Framework is and how it simplifies the page building process.  Must understand the basics of HTML and type comfortably with little direction.  Laptop required.  $92/$89.  March 2 to 30 (5 Mondays) 8 to 9 p.m.

Yoga Mixed Level Open to all levels of practice and abilities.  Together we are breathing, feeling and flowing movements in a way to stretch and strengthen the entire body all while finding relaxation for the mind.  March 9 to April 13 (6 Mondays) 7:30 to 8:45 p.m. $78/$75.

Body Sculpting A complete workout set to music, designed to strengthen all the major muscle groups in the body, while boosting metabolism and leaving participants stronger for the activities of daily life.  $63/$60 March 12 to April 16 (6 Thursdays) 9 to 10 a.m.

Nimble and Nifty Over 50 Designed for the over 50 crowd looking for a fun fitness environment.  Build strength, balance, coordination and muscle mass.  We will work with elastic bands, medicine balls, weights and chairs.   $53/$50 for 5 week session.  Join current session which runs thru Feb. 19 (Thursdays) or join new session Feb. 26 to Mar. 26 (5 Thursdays)

Learn to Play Guitar (Ages 13 to adult)  Find the rock star or folk singer within.  This is an active 8 hour, hands on, group instruction class.  No previous musical experience required.  Also recommended for those who have had some limited exposure and need refresher sessions.  Bring a guitar and pick.  $99/96  March 3 to 24(4 Tuesdays) 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Servsafe – Food Safety Training Program Calling all chefs, food prep and food handlers, learn everything you need to pass the exam.  Take this ServSafe Certification class and be done in one day.  Three hours of course work, one hour for testing.  Tuition includes all books and test.  $169, Wednesday, March 11, 4 to 9 p.m.Held at Nashoba Tech.

Dog Obedience Level 2, Coming & Going, Recall and Go to Mat/Place Feb. 27 to Mar. 13 (3 Fridays) 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. For people who don’t have time for the full 6 week course or just want more practice with specific skills.  For dogs of all ages that are dog and people friendly and have completed a Level 1 class using positive reinforcement.  Materials fee of $5 due to instructor on first night of class.  $73/$70.

Navigating the Recruiting Process for Student Athletes Applying to College.  Parents of freshmen through juniors will learn about the realities of college sports recruiting while discussing actions student athletes and parents can take to be sure that all parties of fully prepared.  For all D1, 2 or 3 levels.  $20 family/$15 individual.  Wednesday, March 4, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

The Kitchen Kids (Ages 4 to 6).  Does your child like to help in the kitchen, and like to try new foods?  With new recipes each week, kids are exposed to a variety of foods and kitchen tools.  Leave them with us to mix, measure, and pour while they gain confidence in their cooking skills.  Class is a drop off for ages 4 to 6.  A $5 materials fee is payable to instructor at the first class.  $63/$60.  March 2 to 23 (4 Mondays) 1 to 2 p.m.
