ASPHALT HEARING – TUESDAY, March 31 at 7:00 PM
It’s not over!  This is still a critical call to action!!!
Zoning Board of Appeals
Tuesday, March 31, 7:00 PM
Blanchard Middle School Auditorium
14 West Street

On March 18, the Zoning Board of Appeals denied Newport’s request for a variance and special permit.

Newport has since asked the ZBA to reconsider the decision.  It was a very close vote, and we’re concerned the members who voted to deny could change their votes.  The ZBA will meet at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, March 31 to consider Newport’s request, and finalize their decision.

  • Review results of the March 18 votes below.
