Please be advised that Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker has ordered that the United States flag and the Commonwealth flag be lowered to half-staff at all state buildings from sunrise until noon, full staff from noon until sunset onMonday, May 25, 2015 in honor of Memorial Day.This gubernatorial order applies to:
1. Â The main or administration building of each public institution of the Commonwealth, e.g. town and city halls.
2. Â Other state-owned or state-controlled buildings.
3. Â All state military installations.
