Restaurateur and developer Sal Lupoli, owner of Lupoli Companies, came to Nashoba Valley Technical High School’s recent Career Night and Open House to talk to students in the Culinary Arts program.

In addition to owning more than 40 Sal’s Pizza shops throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire, the Chelmsford resident owns several upscale Salvatore’s Italian Restaurants in Lawrence, Medford Square, Boston’s Theater District and the Boston Seaport.

In 2003, he added real estate and business development to his résumé, developing the Riverwalk along the Merrimack River in Lawrence.
