The following information was provided by the Westford Police Department. Anyone arrested is considered innocent unless proven guilty by a court of law.Â
May 19, 5:53 a.m. –Â Francisco Gonzalez-Santos, 33, of Arlington St. in Lynn was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on the corner of Groton Road and Depot Street.
Gonzalez-Santos was charged with alleged failure to appear upon personal recognizance.
May 21, 7:03 p.m. –Â Richard Corthell, 46, of Water St. in Haverhill was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on I-495 Northbound.
Corthell was charged with alleged possession of an open alcohol container inside a motor vehicle, driving a vehicle without an inspection sticker and driving with a suspended license (subsequent offense)
