NetScout Systems, a local service assurance solutions company located off Littleton Road, recently announced that they will be partnering with Open Mobile, an exclusively Puerto Rican cellular service.

Open Mobile will be utilizing NetScout’s nGeniusONE service to expand network visibility when it comes to their LTE Evolved Package Core and Code Division Multiple Access network.

According to Open Mobile, the new partnership with NetScout will allow Open Mobile have a better understanding of their own system and ensure that any problems are recognized and quickly fixed.

Open Mobile will also be using NetScout’s InfiniStream Appliances and Packet Flow Switch to aid and monitor the ebb and flow of mobile traffic.

In a release from NetScout, the InfiniStream Appliances and Packet Flow Switch are expected to maintain quality throughout network functions by tracking bandwidth and managing growth within their IT infrastructure.

Bruce Kelley, chief technology officer at NetScout, stated the company is thrilled to partner with Open Mobile to enhance their mobile evolution strategy.

More information about recent developments at NetScout is available on the Investors page of their website.
