Featured Staff Book Review: No Time For Goodbye by Linwood Barclay, recommended by Jean Butler.  Butler writes, “Kudos to the patron who introduced me to this author years ago. Barclay’s books are typically narrated in the voice of a guy-next-door family man, whose only superpower is his dogged determination to protect his family from the mysterious dangers that befall them. In this novel, we flashback to 14-year-old Cynthia Bigge waking up one morning to find that her entire family has vanished with no trace. Then, it’s 25 years later and Cynthia is happily married with children, but mysterious and sinister communications open up old memories and threaten new danger to Cynthia and her family. Only husband Terry stands between her and the killer lurking in the shadows of the past. A thoroughly entertaining thriller.”
