Model Rocketry Grades 4 to 7: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday to Friday, July 10 to 14. Students will build two Estes model rockets. This includes cutting pieces, gluing materials together and spray painting. Engineering design process will be taught as well as basic physics and flight science. Additional activities include EU3 robotics, Frisbee and other outdoor activities Students will do a test launch at end of week. Cost $153/$150.  Materials fee of $12.

Chopped Westford Edition Ages 12-16: 5:30 to 8 p.m. Thursday Aug. 1. Have you ever watched the television show, Chopped or Chopped Jr?  Does your teen like to cook or bake?  Would your teen like to be a part of the competition? Join the fun! Cost: $50/$47.

Fresh Summer Floral Arrangement: 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Monday, July 10, taught by Flourish Flowers. Explore the elements of flower design, texture, color, shape, proportion and surroundings and experiment with the playful art of combining flowers with moss, stones, bark, branches, shells and other objects.  Participants will need to bring their own vases, floral scissor and other materials.  Fresh flowers are provided.  Cost: $55/$53.

Kids Dynamic Comics Ages 8 to 16: 3 to 4:30 p.m. Thursdays, June 29 to Aug. 10.  Note two classes, dates, July 13 and 27 will begin at 4 p.m. and finish at 5:30 p.m.  Does your child or teen love to draw and create their own worlds? This seven series art class will give kids the chance to create to create avatars, make up characters for their stories and crate environments like middle kingdoms, and other cool places.  Students will explore drawing techniques in different media and styles in a fun, artistic environment. Cost: $150/$147.

Crochet Continued: 6:15 to 7:45 p.m. Mondays, June 26 to July 31. Intermediate class. Learn to read a pattern, both written and symbol. Participants are encouraged to bring unfinished projects to first class. Cost: $78/$75.

Children’s Yoga Workshop. There are three age groups that meet June 26 to 29, Monday to Thursday. Children will learn body calming techniques and practice a wide variety of yoga poses.  Ages 5 to 7, 9 to 11 a.m., Ages 8 to 10, 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. and ages 11 to 13, 5 to 6:30 p.mCost: $131/$129

 Yoga Mixed Level: 7 to 8:15 p.m. Mondays, June 26 to Aug 14. Open to all levels of practice and abilities, this class will allow participants to stretch and strengthen the entire body, all while finding relaxation for the mind. Cost $81/$78.

Babysitting Basics Ages 10 to 14. 8:30 a.m. to 12 noon. Saturday, June 24.  Learn babysitting basics, child care, and fun children’s activities, dealing with common problems and safety tips for all ages.  Cost: $39/$36

Staying Safe While Home Alone Ages 9 to 14: 12:15 to 1:15 p.m., Saturday, June 24. This class will help children learn safety rules for staying home alone.  Cost: $27/$24.
