There are 13 members on a town appointed committee who are charged by the selectmen to assess current tax exemption programs and to possibly add another that will help local seniors, low income households, the disabled and veterans. Members meet every Wednesday morning at either the town hall or senior center from 8-10 a.m.  All are welcome to attend the meetings and  committee’s agendas, minutes and other documents can be found on the town website under committees.  The coffee hour will allow attendees to discuss their thoughts and concerns about property taxes with committee members. Residents can contact Annette Cerullo at 978-399-2326 with questions.
