Pedestrian Struck and Killed Sept. 21 by Vehicle on Route 110 is Identified

Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan and Westford Chief of Police Thomas McEnaney have confirmed the identity of a pedestrian who died following a motor vehicle collision in Westford on Friday as Ulhas Kudva, 45, of Westford.

At approximately 9 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 21, Westford Police responded to a report of a motor vehicle striking a jogger on Route 110 in the area of Technology Park Drive. Upon arrival authorities learned that the operator of a Toyota Highlander had apparently struck a jogger. The jogger was pronounced dead on scene. The driver remained on scene.

 No charges have been filed in connection with this investigation.

This incident is being investigated by the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office, the Westford Police Department and the Massachusetts State Police Collision Analysis Reconstruction Section and no additional information is being released at this time.
