Bob Krankiewicz reviews the legalities of amending an Agricultural Preservation Restriction in regard to Drew Gardens, a 9-acre parcel on Boston Road that has polarized residents. [READ THE BACKGROUND HERE]

“The whole idea for the APR system throughout the state is to keep agricultural land at a value that the farmer can afford to buy it,” Krankewicz said.

Some opponents are readying to take the case to the Superior Court of Massachusetts, he said.
