The Parker String Quartet is coming to Indian Hill Music on April 13 at 8 p.m.The foursome plays works by Debussy, Janacek and Beethoven. Visit indianhillmusic.org to purchase tickets for $35 each, or call for tickets at 978.486.9524, extension 116.

Celebrate the end of winter at the Cameron Senior Center on Wednesday, March 20 at 11 a.m. with Happy Holi, an Indian holiday that brings paintings and sculptures to life, each telling a story about Indian mythology. Dance artist Mouli Pal will perform. This program is supported in part by a grant from the Westford Cultural Council and includes lunch. To register, please call 978-692-5523. Admission is $5.

The Merrimack Repertory Theater launches the world premier of a Jack Kerouac play on March 20, titled “The Haunted Life.” The play is a coming-of-age story about a man’s relationship with his conservative father. It takes place just before the United States entered World War II, and illustrates the cost of war on a small town. Joel Colodner stars in the show. Sean Daniels and Christopher Oscar Pena will direct it. Ticket prices start at $24 per person. To make a purchase, visit tickets.mrt.org. The MRT is located at 50 East Merrimack Street in Lowell.
