The Aging Mastery Program® is coming to the Cameron Senior Center beginning April 23. The AMP “encourages mastery developing behaviors across many dimensions that will lead to improved health, stronger financial security, and overall well being”, said Elder Outreach Coordinator, Annette Cerullo.

First piloted nationally in five senior centers, AMP incorporates evidence-based materials, expert speakers, group discussion, and peer support to give participants the skills and tools they need to achieve improvements in their health and economic security. This 10-week program aims to empower older adults to make and maintain small, impactful changes to their behaviors to live a healthier, happier, and more secure life. Cost per person is $30 for the materials and speaker series (actual value is $60 per person). Residents with questions are encouraged to contact Annette Cerullo, 978-399-2326. Register by April 10.
