State Rep. James Arciero talks with the Chancellor of UMass Lowell, Jacquie Moloney, about the effects that the COVID-19 shutdown had on the university.  The quick shift to virtual learning is discussed as is the success of the school’s seniors virtual graduation. The two talk about the financial impact the pandemic has wreaked on higher education as well as what the future holds for students in the fall.
