Fifteen-year-old Rascal is a friendly and affectionate male cat who was brought into the Lowell Humane Society in July after his owner passed away. Described by the shelter’s Fundraising and Communications Manager, Crystal Arnott, as a “laid back guy who loves to sit on your lap and snuggle,” Rascal will do best in a quiet home with older children and other ‘chill’ pets. “He can go home with other pets if they’re pretty savvy with cats,” said Arnott. “He wouldn’t really like a young puppy or kitten jumping all over him, but he would be fine with another lazy old pet looking for a companion.”

Rascal is available now for adoption at the Lowell Humane Society. Interested adopters can call the shelter at 978-452-7781 or email info@lowellhumanesociety.org to schedule an appointment.
