Line Striping Operations on Route 2 Eastbound and Westbound
Temporary overnight closures from Sunday night, July 25 through Friday morning July 30
LANCASTER/HARVARD/LITTLETON – The Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) is announcing that it will be conducting line striping operations on Route 2 eastbound and westbound in Lancaster, Harvard, and Littleton. There will be temporary overnight lane takings and closures of on and off-ramps on a section of Route 2 eastbound and westbound between Shirley Road and I-495 nightly from Sunday, July 25 through Thursday, July 29, from 10 p.m. to 4 a.m. the following morning.
Appropriate signage, law enforcement details, and messaging will be in place to guide drivers through the work area.
Drivers who are traveling through the affected areas should expect delays, reduce speed, and use caution.
All scheduled work is weather dependent and subject to change without notice.
