The newest episode of Ten Minute Citizen covers the February 8th Select Board meeting, which started with the Board apologizing to the Wayland student who was harassed at a recent Westford Academy Basketball game. The Board then received the Town Manager’s 2023 Budget Message, met with the Permanent Town Building Committee and the Clean Energy Committee to discuss the plan for the new center building at 51 Main Street, and made decisions on the remainder of the Covid-related requests for ARPA funding. The Board also considered establishing a Monument Advisory Committee and gave Assistant Town Manager Eric Heideman direction on the preservation efforts surrounding the collapsed building at 12 North Main St.
