WESTFORD — Unagi, a 1-year old female brown angora rabbit is this week’s Adoptable Pet of the Week in our double-feature.
“She is probably one of the cleanest rabbits I have ever seen,” a volunteer from the Lowell Humane Society told WestfordCAT.
He noted that Unagi is spayed, as well as litter box trained.
Unagi was previously adopted out, but returned to the shelter after her former owners moved.
“I think she would do very well if introduced to another rabbit,” he said. “They like companionship.”
