WESTFORD — Arthur, a 7-year-old mixed breed male and Gwen, a five year old mixed breed female are this week’s Adoptable Pet of the Week.
“They have been gaining weight and opening up, we are looking to adopt them out together,” Tommy Leonard, a volunteer with the Lowell Humane Society told WestfordCAT. “Gwen can be shy but when she’s with Arthur her confidence blooms. Her sweet personality really shines through.”
Leonard notes that Arthur is “kid, cat and dog friendly,” while Gwen would be good around teenagers and households with no cats.
Adoption hours are between Tuesday and Sunday from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. at 951 Broadway St. in Lowell. The Lowell Humane Society can be reached by phone at 978-452-7781 or by email at info@lowellhumanesociety.org. Watch the full video below.
