WESTFORD — Patches, a 10 year old female Rat Terrier mix is this week’s Adoptable Pet of the Week.

“She is a wonderful little lady that absolutely loves going on walks,” Sarah P., a volunteer with the Lowell Humane Society told WestfordCAT. “She’s super energetic even though she’s on the older side.”

She would do best in a household with older children. She should not be placed in a home with a cat, according to Sarah.

“Even though she is little she does not like being picked up,” said Sarah. “Other than that, she is a perfect angel.”

Adoption hours are between Tuesday and Sunday from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. at 951 Broadway St. in Lowell. The Lowell Humane Society can be reached by phone at 978-452-7781 or by email at info@lowellhumanesociety.org. Watch the full video below.
