WESTFORD — A Westford Police Officer recently participated in the Massachusetts Pink Patch Project in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Officer Joseph Chenell attended the event at Polar Park in Worcester on Oct. 26. The Westford Police Department’s pink cruiser was on display, along with a number of other law enforcement agencies from Massachusetts.
“The Westford Police Department is honored to be able to support such a great cause,” the department wrote on social media.
The department is selling custom pink patches through the remainder of October. Patches can be purchased through a $10 donation that can be delivered to the Westford Police Department’s Record’s Department.
