Northeast Mass. has been downgraded to a ‘Severe’ drought with Stage 2 water restrictions are now in effect. The next declaration will be in November.
The Parkerville Schoolhouse will host an open house on Nov. 6 from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.
The Westford Museum will be hosting a close up look at the Glass Plate Negative in the Hildreth Collection on Nov. 9 at 7 p.m.
Westford Police Department will be hosting a food drive at Market Basket on Cornerstone Square on Nov. 6 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. The department requests non-perishable donations. Donations will be sent to the Westford Food Pantry.

Important municipal dates
Early voting began on Oct. 22 and ends on Nov. 4. The election will be held on Nov. 8 from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Government meetings
The Capital Planning Committee will meet virtually on Nov. 4 at 8:30 a.m.
The Crisafulli School Advisory Council will meet on Nov. 8 at 4 p.m.
The School Committee will meet on Nov. 7 at 7:00 p.m. An agenda has not been posted at the time of reporting.
The Zoning Board of Appeals will meet on Nov. 3 at 7 p.m.
