Residents were stunned, this winter, to learn of the Middlesex District Attorney's allegations that Westford Academy history teacher Michael Colson would be arraigned on charges of criminal harassment and identification fraud.
When first responders did arrive on scene, the victim was transported and a medical flight was requested. The two defendants were directly indicted by a Middlesex Grand Jury on Wednesday, June 30, 2021. Gabriel Estuardo Rojas and Manuel Jose Lopez were apprehended today by the Middlesex State Police assigned to the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office, with the collaboration of the police departments from Methuen, Lawrence, Tewksbury, Pelham, NH; and Salem, NH.
