More recently, Fat Moon has morphed into a successful gourmet mushroom business, and it is fascinating to have witnessed the process of Elizabeth going from not knowing a thing about mushrooms to becoming a major supplier to many local restaurants and customers.

LETTER TO THE EDITOR: Better School Calendar is a Step Toward Bettering Mankind

The proposed school calendar obviously and irrefutably favors one religion over another, and since this is a PUBLIC SCHOOL system, it violates the U. S. Constitution, which seeks to insure the separation of church and state.
