DESCRIPTION:The entire route back to Boston\, as the British retreated after their defeat at North Bridge\, was marked by musket fire. Dramatic scenes unfolded in places such as Concord\, Lincoln\, Lexington\, and Arlington\, which can still be visited today. It turns out that the fighting was much more intense than previously believed.
