Westford Board of Health Announces Pad Thai Recall

The Westford Board of Health has released a recall statement from Bellisio Foods of Jackson, Ohio regarding Bellisio’s Thai Kitchen Chicken Pad Thai frozen entrée.

036-2014-label-1According to the statement; 12,180 pounds of the product is being recalled due to misbranding and an undecleared allergen, soy protein isolate.

The product was produced on April 8 and April 25, 2014 and it bears the establishment number “P-18297” inside the USDA mark of inspection.
