More Questions On The School Budget

Town Meeting is still a few months away, and School Committee members got a second chance to ask some questions on the FY’ 15 school budget after they were cut short by time constraints at an earlier meeting.

Answers Still Unavailable On Impacts Of New Expulsion Law

A new state law requires school districts to find alternatives for expulsions or suspensions when possible and mandates that most expelled students still receive some form of education.

However, a lack of details about the law’s expected cost and implementation left more questions than answers.
