North Chelmsford Man Charged With Alleged Drug Possession

The following information was provided by the Westford Police Department. Anyone arrested is considered innocent unless proven guilty by a court of law. 

June 9, 9:10 p.m. – Christopher Doyle, 36, of 12 Old Coach Rd. in Londonderry, NH was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Littleton Road.

Doyle was charged with alleged driving an uninsured motor vehicle, and driving a motor vehicle with a revoked registration. He also had an outstanding warrant for arrest from the Brighton District Court.

21Jul14 Westford Police LogoJune 10, 9:09 a.m. – Jamie Garcia, 35, of 75 Charant Rd. in Lowell was arrested following a motor vehicle stop at the corner of Depot Street and Nutting Road.

Garcia was charged with subsequent alleged operation of a motor vehicle without a license.

He also was issued a citation for alleged possession of less than 1 oz. of marijuana.

June 10, 5:41 p.m. – Michael Gavin Litwinsky, 38, of 13 Cross St. #2 in N. Chelmsford was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Boston Road.

Litwinsky was charged with alleged possession of an unspecified Class A drug. 

June 12, 7:17 p.m. – John Lindsay, 60, of 10 Village View Rd. in Westford was arrested following a motor vehicle violation on Tyngsboro Road.

Lindsay was charged with alleged operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, reckless operation of a motor vehicle and speeding.
