The following information came from the Westford Police Department.

Oct. 22, 9:38 a.m. – A Oak Hill Road resident called police to complain about a neighbor’s dog defecating on his lawn.

After meeting with the resident, the officer dispatched to this incident then talked with the owner of the dog.

The owner of the dog indicated his dog defecated on a particularly rainy day and the feces could not be picked up due to its liquid nature.

While the resident asked the dog owner to pick up the feces, the dog owner explained the situation to the resident, at which point the dog owner explained the situation.

According to the dog owner, at this point the resident yelled at him and the dog owner then “flipped off” the owner. He said that he returned later when the feces hardened and picked it up and indicated he was having a bad day.

The officer explained this to the home owner. In response, the home owner forgave him, but wanted him documented as a “road rage guy.”

Oct. 28, 9:00 p.m. – Employees of Evviva Cucina reported individuals outside their restaurant looking for gas money.

Police arrived and found four individuals fitting descriptions provided by the employees.

The individuals said they were from New Hampshire and a ride from their mother, but did not need additional assistance.

At this point, they left the area.

Nov. 2, 9:00 p.m. – Police were dispatched after an anonymous caller indicated that two men were begging for gas money near the corner of Littleton and Boston roads.

An officer found the men at the Gulf Station along with another individual. They admitted to panhandling at Cornerstone earlier in the evening and had moved to the gas station after efforts at Cornerstone proved fruitless.

They were told to leave and not return, which they did according to the officer’s report. It is unclear if the Oct. 28 incident was related to this incident.

Nov. 4, 2:02 p.m. – An individual at Westford Academy called police to complain about a former student who came to the school’s parking lot and engaged in a disruptive incident involving foul language.

A no trespassing issue was ordered.
