The following information came from the Westford Police Department. Anyone accused of a crime is innocent unless proven guilty by a court of law.
April 20, 4:01 p.m. – Police were called after reports of a man exposing himself at Payless Shoes on Littleton Road.
Although the person who called police said they did not see the man, they believed the man had been on site several times with see-through spandex pants.
Two employees were asked about the incident, and said the man had been by the store twice between 1 p.m. and 2:45 p.m.
Although the man’s genitals were visible through the pants according to the employees, the man did not make any inappropriate comments or gestures and did not buy anything. They did not make any indication that they or anyone else was offended.
The man was also wearing black shorts over the pants in addition to a neon-yellow long-sleeve shirt. The man was approximately 6’4 and 180 pounds.
Through camera footage, police were able to spot the man entering CVS at 2:53 p.m., but could not see his face. He was not identified.
April 24, 8:05 a.m. – Police were dispatched to Honeysuckle Road after reports of a hit-and-run on a rock wall.
Officers spotted some fluids near the scene, which led to a driveway on Chicory Road. No one appeared to be home at the residence adjacent to the driveway.
A neighbor on Chicory Road said he did not see or hear anything suspicious the previous night. Another neighbor indicated that the family had gone to Cape Cod for the week and multiple trucks had been doing landscaping work nearby the previous day.
Later, the homeowner on Chicory Road confirmed that landscaping trucks had been on their property.
Police told the owner of the rock wall on Honeysuckle Wall about their findings. While the owner was not particularly happy, he appreciated the update.
