Recently a team from the Westford Youth Soccer Association won the Girls Under-14 Division 3 Middlesex League Commissioner’s Cup.
Led by coaches Thomas Rose, Kathy Kingsley and Stephen Jones, the notched 1-0 wins against Billerica and Burlington as well as a 3-0 win against Waltham.
According to the Westford Youth Soccer Association website, Rose’s team was one of a dozen that qualified for post-season play throughout various divisions.
