WESTFORD—Bridges by EPOCH at Westford will host the educational presentation, “Understanding Acupuncture Therapy” on Tuesday, Nov. 8 at 5:30 p.m. Cynthia McMahon King, acupuncturist, Registered Pharmacist and owner of The Healing Point, will discuss the many benefits of acupuncture therapy for people with memory loss (as well as for their caregivers!)

WESTFORD—Bridges by EPOCH at Westford will host its monthly lunchtime caregiver support group on Thursday, Nov. 10 at noon. Join us to share your caregiving story while also hearing the stories of others facing similar experiences. While you attend the group, your loved one is invited to enjoy lunch with our caring staff.
Bridges by EPOCH culinary team to compete in Taste of Middlesex (Nov. 15)
WESTFORD—Bridges by EPOCH at Westford’s culinary team will compete in a Taste of Middlesex at the Westford Regency Inn & Conference Center, 219 Littleton Road, on Tuesday, Nov. 15 from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Enjoy a fun evening out and cheer on our Bridges by EPOCH culinary masters as they go dish-to-dish with some of Middlesex County’s best chefs at this food, wine and beer extravaganza sponsored by the Middlesex West Chamber of Commerce. With 40 local restaurants, wineries and breweries vying for the judges’ top honors in their division, Taste of Middlesex will delight every palate.

Bridges by EPOCH at Westford to host Memory Café at The Java Room (Nov. 30)
CHELMSFORD—Bridges by EPOCH at Westford will host its monthly Memory Café for individuals with memory loss and their loved ones at The Java Room, 14 Littleton Road, on Wednesday, Nov. 30 from 3 to 4 p.m. Bring your loved one for a cup of joe, joyful entertainment, the companionship of peers, and, of course, a delicious dose of The Java Room’s natural aromatherapy that will awaken their senses!
