Westford resident Nathan Willems hosts guests from the Mobile Baptist Builders of Alabama and the Chinese Bible Church of Greater Lowell.
The church, located in Chelmsford on Route 110, is undergoing an expansion under the oversight of the Mobile Builders, a Christian volunteer builder organization based in Mobile, Alabama, whose members travel to locations around the country.
More than 140 volunteers from Alabama and other states came to Chelmsford this month to help CBCGL in the framing construction of a new 19,000 square-foot building, which will include a 550-seat auditorium-style sanctuary, a cafeteria area, and a basketball-court size multi-function space.
