The Westford Health Department and Westford Against Substance Abuse (WASA), will hold an Opioid Informational Program on July 24. The program will feature a PowerPoint presentation to include; how the brain reacts to Opioids and other drugs, how Narcan works to temporarily stop the overdose, what is happening in town, and a demonstration for Hands-Only CPR. We will have multiple CPR mannequins that you can practice on, if you wish, so you can get a feel on performing Hands-Only CPR.

There will be Finger Sandwiches and Kimball’s Ice Cream for all.

Time: 6 p.m.-8 p.m.

Location: Nabnassett Country Club, 47 Oak Hill Rd Westford

REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. Please call the Westford Health Department 978-692-5509 to register by Friday, July 19. Max amount 50 people.
