The Friends of Nashoba are hosting the eighth annual Haunted 5K Road Race on Saturday, Oct 12, at Nashoba Valley Technical High School.
The 5K starts at 10 a.m., and there will be a fun run for kids at 9:30 a.m.
The Haunted 5K is a family-friendly race, and everyone is welcome to walk, job or run — with or without a costume (though costumes are encouraged). It’s an officially timed race, and prizes will be awarded in several age categories, as well as for best costume.
The registration fee is $10 for students 18 and under, $25 for adults ages 19-59, and $15 for those 60 and older. Proceeds benefit Nashoba Tech student activities.
