WESTFORD — The Westford Historical Society and Museum has released a new six-part series titled “Conversations with a Westford Veteran.”

These oral histories let local veterans share their experiences and insights into their time in service and the sacrifices they made to serve our nation.

John H. Cunningham served 27 years as a Colonel in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War.

Cunningham was interviewed by Ezra Berson, a Westford Academy Capstone Intern at the Westford Museum. Production was handled by Ryan Cozzens, Production Technician with Westford Community Access Television, and Linda Green, Director of the Westford Museum.

This project is sponsored by the Massachusetts State Historical Records Advisory Board’s Veterans Heritage Grant Project.

WestfordCAT has published all six interviews ahead of Veterans Day. Check out other interviews at WestfordCAT.org.
