WESTFORD — Nashoba Valley Technical High School will offer two training programs this spring for those looking for a career in plumbing or electrical.

Both programs are run in conjunction with MassHire Career Center.

The plumbing program begins on March 3 and will be held in-person Monday through Wednesday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and on Saturdays from 8 a.m. to noon through May 17. The program will also require four hours of online training.

Participants will earn credentials in Plumbing Tier 1, OSHA 10 Construction Safety, CSST TracPipe & Viega (PP/MP) and Hot Work Safety.

The electrical program begins on March 10 and will be held in person on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., as well as Saturdays from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. through May 10. The program will also require five hours of online training.

Participants will earn credentials in OSHA 10 Construction Safety, Hot Work Safety and Ramset-ITW Powder Actuated Tools.
