WESTFORD — A proposed ramen shop on Littleton Road is one step closer to opening after clearing two procedural hurdles.
The Select Board last Tuesday approved applications to both serve food and to sell Beer and Wine for Yo-Kai Ramen, which will take over a vacant restaurant space at 175 Littleton Rd.
The maximum seating capacity proposed is 25 seats.
The Select Board approved both applications without deliberations. The restaurant’s proposed operating hours and opening date are unknown at the time of reporting.
