WESTFORD β The Health Department will host several events next week to celebrate National Public Health Week.
Meditation – Tuesday, April 8 – 5 p.m.
Self-care with guided mediation at the Cameron Senior Center, 30 Pleasant St. All ages are welcome in the program, but registration is required.

Screenings – Wednesday, April 9 – 9 a.m.Β
The Health Department will host blood pressure, glucose and cholesterol screenings on the second floor of Town Hall, 55 Main St., from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Blood pressure screening is free, but a cholesterol and glucose screening is $25 by cash or check, made out to the Town of Westford. Residents who wish to attend should RSVP by April 7.

Yoga Class – Wednesday, April 9 – 11 a.m.Β
A free yoga class will be held for residents from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. on the third floor of the Roudenbush Community Center, 65 Main St. Call the Health Department at 978-692-5509 to register.
CPR – Wednesday, April 9 – 1 p.m.Β
The department will also host an educational event to teach attendees hands-only CPR. The event will be held from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. on the second floor of Town Hall.
Private Well Seminar – Thursday, April 10 – 5:30 p.m.Β
Questions about your septic system or well? Join the department at 5:30 p.m. at Town Hall to learn more about your system.
